THE BRINE EFFECT

                Hi, every body ! How are things today ? we are too. We will try to practice the brine effect on egg. This experiment may be related to pressure on water and egg that normally exist in physics.

All right,  before we do that we have to prepare some materials and equipment needed . such as : table salt , a large glass , an egg , a teaspoon , a dessert spoon and water.

            After preparing the materials. Let’s do the steps : First,  fill the glass with 100ml water. Using the dessert spoon , carefully put the egg in water. The reactions is egg sink to the bottom of a glass. Second, take the egg out. Third, add 10 tablespoons of salt in water and mix thoroughly to make brine. Then, put the egg in the water again. Egg be floating. Fifth, slowly fill the glass totally with clear water . The last reactions is egg remains suspended in the centre of the glass.

                Of the above experiments it can be concluded .

1.       If the egg is inserted into the clear water , the egg will sink because the egg is denser than clear water.

2.       If the egg is inserted into the brine , the egg will float because the brine is denser than egg.

3.       When clean water was added, it floated on the brine, making the egg stay in the middle, as it more density than clear water, but less than the brine.
